In December of 2011, Artist Miku Enomoto teamed up with hotel staff to create an installation & performance around popular recipes from our childhood. The music here is the recording of the soundtrack for the shape opera "We Are What We Ate". 3-D fabric and knitted ingredients move around slowly composing their respective dishes.
